Another DNC case dismissed!
It’s right to rebel against genocide!

Today the City of Chicago was forced to drop another case resulting from the CPD police riot on August 20th.

Nearly 8 months after the DNC, city and county prosecutors have not managed to prove a single case in court. Cases were either dropped for lack of cops in court, and some defendants choose to take plea deals. Behind Enemy Lines and a group of DNC defendants have been insisting from the beginning of this process that prosecutors should have to prove their case, because the people who came to confront the Death and Nakba Coronation (DNC) did nothing wrong.

It’s a gross hypocrisy for Brandon Johnson to denounce Donald Trump while the prosecutors who work directly for him are continuing to prosecute people for standing up to genocide. It was Genocide Joe and the Democratic mayors who started the campaign of repression against Palestine protesters, that has only increased under Trump. That makes it all the more urgent that people continue to stand up against any and every instance of repression and especially support the brace people who are reusing plea deals!
