All charges dropped!
It’s right to rebel against genocide!

Today one of the DNC defendants who courageously chose to take their case to trial had both city and state charges dropped and his dismissed!
More than 7 months after the DNC ended, neither city or state prosecutors have been able to secure a single verdict of guilty or liable without a plea deal. This proves what Behind Enemy Lines has been saying since the convention: what happened on 8/20 was a CPD police riot in defense of genocide. Personally supervised by Larry “Superintendent Starch” Snelling, and approved of by Brandon “Mayor 6%” Johnson as “constitutional policing”, that riot resulted in journalists being arrested, multiple injuries, but no cases the prosecutors could win.

The DNC was a revolting display of cheerleading for the most monstrous empire in human history, and it capped off nearly a year of full scale US support for the Gaza genocide. The people who welcomed the DNC, spoke at it, and deployed millions of dollars in CPD killer cops to protect it are directly complicit in that genocide. The repression that Brandon Johnson’s CPD thugs deployed against student protesters in the Spring of 2024 and again at the DNC was part of a national wave of repression, that Trump is now gleefully ramping up.

It’s right to rebel against genocide! No matter which goon occupies the White House, the responsibility of people living in this country is to defend the people of the world who are under the boot of US imperialism, and to get the backs of the people under attack for doing so! Behind Enemy Lines is committed to supporting the people brave enough to go to trial, who have forced the prosecutors to reveal that they have no legal basis for these cases. We will continue to expose the repression, continue to rally, and continue to pack the court until all of the charges are dropped!
