To start, you must agree with our mission statement and these two principles (we stand with the people of the world against US imperialism & we bring anti-imperialist resistance to the masses of people), but more importantly, you must want to be a leader in the fight against US imperialism.
Behind Enemy Lines Chapters are responsible for leading our political work and bringing forward masses into the struggle against imperialism.
Starting a new chapter will take time and require commitment from at least two people. It will involve going to the masses, completing a set of readings alongside an existing Chapter Organizer, holding regular meetings with current organizers, and conducting social investigation and summation to develop a clear area of focus.
