Georgian Immigrant Mamuka Artmeladze Dies in ICE Custody
ICE has announced the 50th death of an immigrant being held at a detention center. Mamuka Artmeladze, a 43-year-old Georgian man, died in ICE custody after being detained since February. He was kidnapped by ICE during “an operation targeting commercial vehicles drivers who posed public safety risks,” according to the official statement released by ICE. Aside from the spike in deaths within detention centers in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the past 14 months are considered to be one of the deadliest periods of the “federal detention system” in recent years.
On June 4th, Artmeladze was found unresponsive at Winn Correctional Center in Alabama and, less than an hour later, was pronounced dead at 11:22 pm at a medical center. His cause of death is not yet known, pending an autopsy.
The official statement released by ICE is grossly dehumanizing, immediately referring to Mamuka Artmeladze as an “illegal alien,” and utilizes language that attempts to demonize his story, stating that he came to the US “illegally and without inspection at an unknown date and time.” The statement goes on to say how the agency always makes sure to follow protocol by officially notifying the government and media of in-custody deaths within the mandated 90-day time span and highlighting the unsubstantiated “humane environments” of detention facilities. Recently, the fascist agency rescinded a policy that required it to report deaths of former detainees within 30 days of their release from federal custody.
Nothing that Mamuka Artmeladze did nor the supposed by-the-books response from ICE can explain the life lost at the hands of the deadly mass deportation machine.

US Writes US-Israel Military Research Cooperation into Law
In its annual proposed spending bill, the House Armed Services Committee has proposed integrating military equipment research efforts between the US and Israel. The proposal outline specifically requires the Secretary of Defense to delegate responsibility to somebody for coordinating cooperative military research between the United States and Israel including “bilateral defense technology research, development, testing, evaluation, integration, and industrial cooperation.” The provision derives from the proposed US-Israel FUTURES act, which in its very justification identifies Israel as “a strategic and capable ally of the United States that advances United States strategic interests, strengthens United States military capabilities, and bolsters the United States economy”.
The US and Israel have a long history of sharing technology. The US regularly sells military equipment, including some of its most effective and advanced pieces of weaponry, to Israel. And the US regularly utilizes Graphite and Pegasus, pieces of software used to covertly hack phones and access encrypted communication, which were developed by Israeli firms. In one example, ICE renewed its contract to use Graphite in September 2025. Their stated reasoning was that they were using this to disrupt fentanyl suppliers, but much like the rest of the War on Drugs, this is likely a ploy to advance the American Nightmare onto the people the United States has terrorized for decades. Considering ICE’s extensive use of other spyware, we can only guess what ICE is really using Graphite for.
The main purpose of this provision is to formalize US-Israel military partnership. The US is making it clear that Israel acts as an arm of the US empire in the Middle East, and that they must collaborate openly in order to terrorize the people of the world further.

Investigation Documents Israeli Use of White Phosphorus in Lebanon
A New York Times investigation found evidence that Israeli forces used white phosphorus munitions in populated areas of southern Lebanon during Israel’s assault on the country. The investigation verified footage showing the distinctive airburst patterns of white phosphorus over multiple Lebanese towns, including Yohmor, Khiam, Qlayaa, and areas near Tyre.
White phosphorus ignites on contact with oxygen and can cause severe burns while setting fires across a wide area. Footage reviewed by the Times showed the munitions being deployed over towns, villages, and agricultural land in southern Lebanon. The findings add to growing documentation of Israeli white phosphorus use during the assault on Lebanon.

South African Apartheid Heir and Disgraced Trump Advisor Elon Musk Becomes World’s First Trillionaire
Forbes has declared Elon Musk, son of an Apartheid blood-emerald enterprise, CEO of SpaceX and Tesla among other companies, and former Trump crony, the world’s first trillionaire. SpaceX stocks shot up 20% to $150 per share, which skyrocketed Musk into the new stratum.
Musk’s wealth more than quintupled in the 5 1/2 years leading up to his trillionaire status, which he leveraged by spending more than $250 million to secure Trump’s presidency.
Despite the Trump Administration’s draconian and egregious immigration policies, South African immigrant Elon Musk has avoided deportation while others with his immigration status were not shown the same privilege. Kimbal Musk, Elon’s brother, called their own immigration status “illegal,” and Elon described it as a “gray area.” Musk’s continued residency in the United States only goes to prove immunity from the law is easily bought if one has enough money and willingness to shill.
